ISSA Construction & Developments is a mid-size Larnaca developer with two decades of residential builds and resales across the district. Larnaca city, Aradippou, Oroklini, and Pyla. Every project runs end-to-end through one office: plot acquisition, design, build, and handover, soil to keys.

Architecture and project management are in-house. drawings leave a single office, signed off by ETEK-registered architects and engineers. Each build runs to a fixed timeline and a written-quote price, with milestone photos pushed to the buyer through completion, planning permission filings handled by the firm, and title deeds issued at handover. Off-plan buyers get a single point of contact from the first viewing to the day they collect the keys.
